How do I place an Order

You have two choices to place an order:

1. Select the condition that you want to resolve from the left hand category panel and then select your products in order of importance.

2. Go to "All Products" and select the products for your needs

Does Good Health Naturally accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?

Why does one item always remain in my shopping cart?


Shopping cart problems usually occur from one or more of the following reasons:
  1. Cookies not enabled.
  2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly.
  3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
  4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
  5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
  6. Some people have trouble when using any Netscape browser.

If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer. How do I operate the Good Health Naturally shopping cart?

What does 'BV' mean?

'BV' means 'Bought Value'. It is a code used by our accounts department to monitor the value of orders. At present it is only used for affiliates.

Payment

You have two choices:

  1. Orders made by credit card are processed immediately and shipped the next business day. If there is a backorder or other delay on an item, you will be promptly notified by e-mail.

  2. Payment by check or money order may be selected as an option upon final checkout. To utilize this method, please print the invoice, and send it with payment made out to "Good Health Naturally" to the address below. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $55 for all our USA customers via USPS. For orders below $55 shipping charges and options are shown on the shipping calculator when checking out.
Canadian & South American Shipping (excluding the USA):
All orders placed before 1 pm are normally dispatched on the same day, via Global Priority Mail, charges are shown on the shipping calculator when checking out.
Other Parts of the World, Excluding European Countries Shipping:

Refund / Cancellation Policies

Please be advised, a 20% re-stocking fee applies to any merchandise returned. Credit can only be issued for unopened, sealed product, returned within 90 days of purchase. You must call 1-800-455-9155 to advise us of the reason for your return. Please be sure to have your order number when you call.

Credit is issued in the form of a check or Credit to your credit card account, within 7 days following receipt of the product at our facility.
